Some USCIS Filing Fees to Increase 20%+ on Oct 2, 2020
New USCIS filing fees will go into effect on October 2, 2020. A new final rule was published by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in the Federal Register on August 3, 2020.
The updated rule raises fees by a weighted average of 20%. And it changes the current fee structure to require specific fees per visa category.
The USCIS final rule removes certain fee exemptions, limits fee waivers and alters premium processing time limits.
